Building the leadership, behaviours and processes to eliminate injuries at work, whilst protecting the environment, requires long term participation and commitment from all our employees.

In 2011 RoSPA presented Bilfinger Industrial Services with an order of Distinction Award for Occupational Safety in recognition of 15 consecutive gold awards. However, we know the work required to reach our goals will continue long into the future, working alongside customers and embracing increasingly demanding performance targets.

Performing safely and protecting the environment is where we have proven ourselves, and where we are the strongest; a standard we have set which gives us a lead that we want to maintain. In that respect we are no different from our customers.

The effective application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 based systems and a continual improvement approach will provide a sound foundation for success.

Our clients in the Process Industry are facing increasing competitive pressure and, as a result, are seeking partnerships with suppliers that can support their own demanding performance objectives. It is important to respond to customer expectations by having the competence to accept the challenge of fewer and fewer doing more and more; at the same time actively seeking broader responsibilities for improvement in manufacturing performance.
